Here’s how we can support financial wellbeing in your workplace

Hi, we’re Mel and Darlene – financial wellbeing coaches with more than 50 years of experience between us.

If you’re looking to improve employee wellbeing in your organisation, you’ve come to the right place.

Discover how our practical, engaging Financial Resilience Program can help uplift wellbeing in your workplace.

Financial wellbeing is an often-overlooked but incredibly important part of wellbeing, with over 90% of Australian employees saying they are worried about money.

This stress shows up in workplaces in the form of lost productivity, increased absenteeism and low morale. But companies can change that by empowering people with the tools and education to feel confident and optimistic about their money – which is where we come in.

By partnering with The Money Collective – Australia’s leading experts in financial wellbeing – you’re taking a positive step that will benefit not only your workplace and your team, but also their families and their wider communities.

Because when people feel supported financially, the benefits extend into team culture, focus and performance.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our Financial Resilience Program is suitable for all industries: whether you're a wellbeing leader in financial services, health, logistics, education, tech, or professional services, the common thread is a commitment to uplifting financial wellbeing and a desire to proactively support your people.

  • The program is designed for medium-to-large organisations, typically with 500 to 3,000+ employees. That said, it can be tailored and successfully delivered for smaller or larger businesses too.

  • It’s ideal for workplaces that:

    • Value employee wellbeing as part of their organisational culture,

    • Have wellbeing strategies in place – or are currently developing them, and

    • Want a solution that’s structured, evidence-based, and easy to implement.

  • Our 12-month Financial Resilience Program encourages behaviour change and provides consistent, caring touchpoints that help individuals take meaningful steps when they’re ready. While a single workshop can spark awareness, sustained outcomes are achieved through continuity, coaching, and real-life application over time.

  • Our program tiers are priced according to the size of your organisation, and start from $7500 +GST per annum (see the table above for details).

  • Yes – we’re happy to deliver in-person sessions across Australia. Travel is available at cost.

  • There’s no cap – our workshops are open to an unlimited number of participants per session.

  • Companies receive general financial wellbeing data and information on usage of the program and coaching – but we never share the names or financial information of individuals who engage our 1:1 support or services.

  • No. Our mission is to uplift financial wellbeing, and that’s the purpose of this program. Everything we do is designed to help employees build greater confidence, capability and clarity with money through education, support and practical behaviour change.

While some employees may choose to access our additional services such as home loan advice or mortgage broking, these are offered as optional support tools – not sales outcomes. For many Australians, their mortgage is their biggest financial commitment and closely linked to their long-term financial goals, so having access to trusted guidance can be genuinely helpful as part of their financial wellbeing journey.

Importantly, we do not have sales targets or KPIs tied to home loan uptake within organisations. Our focus is simply on supporting employees to make informed financial decisions that are right for them.

  • All employees (and their family members) in your organisation receive full access to our 12-step online financial wellbeing course designed to build clarity, capability and confidence with money.
